I bought a 9x12 which was quite heavy to get down and stretched out on the floor. It took only two days to arrive (a little beat up and the box was torn), but there was no damage to the rug thank God. At first glance I didn't think the colors would be true to the listing, but once I got it opened up and on the floor, it really was. I have to say, I love it more than I thought I would!
